How Greenhouse Design Group collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information submitted through this website and recorded by consent-aware website tools.

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 13, 2026. This policy describes information handled through greenhousedesigngroup.com, including the contact form, dashboard lead replies, Ask Greenhouse assistant, consent tools, site analytics, promotional modules, redirect links, internal traffic exclusions, and related dashboard records. It does not automatically describe a client's website, advertising account, or third-party service.

Greenhouse Design Group does not sell personal information submitted through this website. Contact us at sales@greenhousedesigngroup.com with a privacy question or request.

Information you provide

The project contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. Submitted form details may be delivered by email and stored in the website dashboard database with consent status, page/referrer context, response status, response notes, hashed IP information when configured, and browser/device information. If we reply from the dashboard, the sent reply may be logged with sender, recipient, subject, message body, send time, and the related lead record. We also receive information you choose to send by email or telephone. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use contact information

We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, manage leads and reply status in the dashboard, send dashboard replies when appropriate, prevent form abuse, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not use a project inquiry to enroll you automatically in a marketing newsletter.

Technical information

Hosting, security, analytics, redirect, promotion, and dashboard systems may process requested URLs, page paths, page titles, timestamps, referring pages, UTM campaign values, campaign source and medium values, section and click labels, destination URLs, outbound-link status, contact-intent signals, browser and device information, user-agent strings, and diagnostic events. Where available from hosting/CDN headers or an optional lookup service, site measurement may store general city, region, and country labels for reporting. Where configured, IP addresses are transformed into salted hashes before being stored in dashboard event tables. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the dashboard tables, and selected internal IPs may be excluded from analytics records. The contact form uses a short-lived server session to limit rapid repeat submissions.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses required storage for security, contact-form operation, saved cookie choices, and core website behavior. Optional preference, statistics, and marketing storage is controlled by the cookie consent widget and explained in the Cookie Policy. Consent choices may be logged with a consent ID, consent version, selected categories, page URL, referrer, language, device type, hashed IP information when configured, and user-agent information. The site assistant may log question, answer, no-answer, related-click, and CTA-click events so the answer library and website content can be improved.

Dashboard replies and lead status

If you submit a contact form, authorized dashboard users may review the submission, send a reply, mark the lead as new, responded, or archived, and keep a sent-email record for operational history. Sent-email records may include sender username or label, recipient email and name, subject, message body, send time, and the linked contact submission.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process security signals including the client IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, site key, and associated origin. Cloudflare states that these signals are used to detect and block bots and to improve Turnstile's bot-detection capabilities. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for more information.

Embedded video and external links

The home page includes a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may still receive technical information or set data when the video is loaded or played under its own policies. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' privacy practices.

Promotions, redirects, and site measurement

Promotional banners or popups may use local or session storage to remember display frequency and may log promotion views or clicks. Short redirect links may log the redirect slug, destination URL, referrer, hashed IP information when configured, and user-agent information. Site measurement may log page views, section views, clicks, contact-intent actions, outbound-link status, page context, device type, referrer, UTM campaign values, campaign source/medium values, and general city/region/country labels when those fields are available.

Location labels and IP handling

Website tracking may store general visitor-area labels such as city, region, and country when supplied by the hosting/CDN environment or, if enabled, an IP-to-location lookup provider. These labels are used for aggregate reporting in the private dashboard. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the dashboard event tables. IP addresses may be salted and hashed for abuse prevention, analytics exclusion, and privacy-conscious reporting.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, security, analytics, infrastructure, optional IP-to-location lookup, or professional service providers when needed to operate the site, maintain dashboard records, measure website performance, exclude internal traffic, and respond to a request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

Retention

Inquiry, dashboard reply, consent, assistant, analytics, promotion, redirect, and internal exclusion records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project evaluation, site improvement, abuse prevention, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on whether an inquiry becomes a client engagement or whether records are needed for operational reporting.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Email and ordinary website forms should not be used for confidential credentials or highly sensitive data.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to identity verification and legitimate retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. Send requests to sales@greenhousedesigngroup.com.

Children

This website and its services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the project form.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Review this page before submitting information if privacy practices are important to your decision.
