Information you provide
The project contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. Submitted form details may be delivered by email and stored in the website dashboard database with consent status, page/referrer context, response status, response notes, hashed IP information when configured, and browser/device information. If we reply from the dashboard, the sent reply may be logged with sender, recipient, subject, message body, send time, and the related lead record. We also receive information you choose to send by email or telephone. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the form.
How we use contact information
We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, manage leads and reply status in the dashboard, send dashboard replies when appropriate, prevent form abuse, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not use a project inquiry to enroll you automatically in a marketing newsletter.
Technical information
Hosting, security, analytics, redirect, promotion, and dashboard systems may process requested URLs, page paths, page titles, timestamps, referring pages, UTM campaign values, campaign source and medium values, section and click labels, destination URLs, outbound-link status, contact-intent signals, browser and device information, user-agent strings, and diagnostic events. Where available from hosting/CDN headers or an optional lookup service, site measurement may store general city, region, and country labels for reporting. Where configured, IP addresses are transformed into salted hashes before being stored in dashboard event tables. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the dashboard tables, and selected internal IPs may be excluded from analytics records. The contact form uses a short-lived server session to limit rapid repeat submissions.
