General terms for Greenhouse Design Group SEO, paid search, GEO, AEO, analytics, reporting, and search marketing services.
Last updated July 13, 2026. These general terms apply when incorporated into a proposal, statement of work, order, or other agreement for search optimization or search advertising services. Signed project documents control if they conflict with this page.
The project documents identify included audits, implementation, content, local search, paid media, GEO or AEO work, reporting, meetings, tools, and campaign management. Recommendations or opportunities outside scope may require separate approval.
Search engines and advertising platforms control crawling, indexing, rankings, AI features, citations, eligibility, auctions, policies, and account enforcement. Greenhouse Design Group does not guarantee a position, impression volume, traffic level, citation, lead count, conversion rate, or revenue result.
The client will provide accurate business information, timely approvals, website and account access, conversion definitions, brand guidance, and a contact authorized to make decisions. Delays or restricted access may limit performance and reporting.
The client is responsible for verifying product, service, pricing, legal, medical, financial, testimonial, and regulatory claims before publication. Greenhouse Design Group may decline content or tactics that appear deceptive, unsupported, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policy.
Whenever practical, advertising, analytics, search, merchant, and business profile accounts should be owned by the client. The client and campaigns remain subject to platform terms, verification, billing, suspension, content, and data policies.
Media budgets, platform charges, call tracking, software, data, creative production, and other third-party costs are separate from management fees unless the project documents state otherwise. Platforms may change pricing or delivery without notice.
Recommendations create value only when implemented correctly. Changes may require development scope, testing, redirects, approvals, or coordination with other vendors. Greenhouse Design Group is not responsible for unapproved third-party changes or inaccessible systems.
Analytics and attribution are estimates affected by consent, browser controls, device changes, offline activity, platform modeling, tracking configuration, and sales follow-up. Reports will use available data but cannot provide perfect attribution.
AI-assisted discovery uses changing models and retrieval systems. Work may improve crawlability, clarity, evidence, entity consistency, and answer usefulness, but no special file, schema type, or tactic guarantees inclusion or citation.
Review requests must seek genuine feedback and follow applicable platform policies. Greenhouse Design Group will not create fake engagement, offer incentives for positive reviews, selectively discourage negative feedback, or guarantee removal of legitimate criticism.
Fees, payment timing, initial term, renewal, cancellation, notice, and any minimum commitment are defined in the project documents. Material changes to budget, markets, services, or deliverables require written approval.
Work may be paused for overdue undisputed payment, missing access, security concerns, illegal or deceptive requests, or platform-policy risk. On termination, earned fees and committed third-party costs remain due, and account handoff follows the signed agreement.
Any warranty, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute process, or governing law is defined in the signed agreement. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
